Sullivan,Mo. 1870 Census

My ggrandmother was Catherine Dwyer. She was brought to Sullivan from Ireland in 1865 or so when she was about 17. She lived with a family and served as their maid. Later she moved to St. Louis. Would her name be on the census and how big was the census for Sullivan in 1870? Thanks, Ann
