While researching some of our family information, I came across your message.I have most of the transcriptions of cemeteries in the Clinton County area, and looked into your inquiry because of this unique name.I'm not related to these individuals, but thought this might help you in your research.
Your ancestor is at rest in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Ovid, Clinton County, Michigan, as listed in the cemetery transcription by the Elsie Historical Society:
Anthony b. 1870 d. Feb 1938 Lot 488; Spouse: Lucy Morse
Jackie A. b. Aug 1966 d. 18 Aug 1966 (same lot)
Jamie A. b. Aug 1966 d. Aug 1966 (same lot)
Keith E. b. 29 Mar 1928 d. 03 Dec 1992 (lot 487); Parents Ronald & Mildred; Spouse: Barbara Remer
Lucy A. b. 1871 d. May 1949; (lot 488) Spouse: Anthony Jorae [my note: her maiden name as given above is Morse, which is a well known name in the county]
Marjorie Ann b. 16 Jun 1931 d. 25 Jan 1932; (lot 488)
Mildred E.b. 1905d. (not listed) (lot 488); Parents: ?? Hettinger [my note: question marks are in the transcription booklet]; Spouse Ronald M. Jorae
Ronald M. b.; 06 Oct 1906; d. 29 Jun 1991; (lot 488) Parents: Anthony & Lucy (Morse) Jorae; Spouse Mildred Hettinger
There is a lot of information here, appearing to be at least 3 generations.... possibly leading to more.I looked up "Jorae" in the white pages in Michigan, and found several listings. My philosophy is to make contact while your relatives are alive, and you might find that one of these individuals is also interested in the Jorae family surname, and perhaps, one of them might have a photogaph or two and a story or two.
Please let me know if I might be of more help.
