Re: Elisha S. Gibson 1832-1909

Omitted a couple of other details:

Elisha did have two older sisters:

Mary Jane who married an Orin Castle in Tazewell Co, IL in the late 1840's and

Ruth S. Gibson who married an Frances (Franklin / Frank) Wright also in Tazewell Co, IL in the late 1840's

Ruth S. died a few years after the marriage and may have had a son (William) shortly before her death.

Mary Jane Castle had quite a few children and lived for a time in Chenoa Township of McLean County IL.Mary Jane died about 1870, as the 1880 census lists a Mary S. Castle of a different age (second marriage verified by IL marriage records).

Would also like to hear from any descendants of these lines.
