Church Records - Pierce County

I am interested in records that might be found in the Congregational Church in Pierce County, probably between roughly about 1900 to about 1930.My family (Kratochvil) were members during that time.Prior to that, they were members of the Catholic Church in Pierce.Was there more than one Catholic Church between 1890 and 1910?Who should I contact for records from these two churches.
