I am looking for information on Edmond J. Avis, Theodosia Avis, and Ethel Avis of Ashland,Saunders County, NE.They moved to NE from Lebanon, St. Clair County, IL in 1888 or 1889.Edmond was a civil war veteran, and took up farming in Ashland.Theodosia was his wife.Ethel, his daughter was born in Ashland on Mar 17, 1889.She eventually was a school teacher and married Albert E Hutt.She settled in Newcstle, WY.
