Allen Street Methodist Church 1858

Hello,
My ancestor was married at the Allen Street Methodist Church in New York City in the year of 1858.I cannot seem to locate this church ..today.. in New York City.Has it been torn down?Is it still in existence?Where can I find out what has happened to that church?Thank you for any possible clues.
