Re: 1930 census look up help

just read your posting history, realize that you don't have a lot of info to give. looked again for any year, anyplace census for Chester Czechowicz, didn't find anything. Did find a few Chesters in NJ with spellings such as Ciszewski. SS death index has a Chester J Czechowicz b 31 May 1916, dies 1995, last check sent to Cayuga county, right area for Auburn newspaper.So I went online to Syracue.com and found this obit.

CHESTER J. CZECHOWICZ
Chester J. Czechowicz, 78, of Standart Woods Apartments, formerly of West Lake Rd., died Tuesday at Auburn Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
Born in Lackawanna, he lived in the Auburn area for most of his life. Mr. Czechowicz was a communicant of St. Hyacinth's Church. Mr. Czechowicz was the founder and owner of Chet's Leather Processing for 40 years until his retirement in 1988. He was a member and past vice president of the Polish Home, and was a former member of the Polish Falcons. Surviving is a daughter, Lillian Steigerwald of Auburn; a brother, Matthew Czechowicz of Auburn; three sisters in Poland, a granddaughter; a great-grandson; several nieces and nephews. His wife, Jane Lorene, died in 1990.
Services will be 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Nicpon Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in St. Hyacinth's Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 225 State St.

still couldnt find Chester, but 1930 census has a Stanley Czyzowski in Auborn, born krakow, Poland, his parents same, agrocer with a home he owns on Union St, a 45 yr old widower who came here 1905, is naturalized, has the following kids; Mathew, 23, plumber in hardware store, Josephine, 21; Teddy 15. all b NY, mom Polish.
