Later--your query bugged me!Still can't find him, but I think his son Robert was buried in Delphos' West Side Cem. with no stone in 1925.His death cert. listed parents as "Simon" Mills and Hannah Harter, and birthplace as Spencerville.They were in Jennings Twp., Van Wert Co. in 1850, and Harters in same place previously -- but don't see stone in that twp., either.Peter, Margaret, and Rebecca Harter ARE there, tho, in Wright Cemetery (sec. 29 near Converse,OH).
