There is a Hugh DOWNING listed in the Rockport Cemetery with no date of birth or death.I am searching for Hugh DOWNING b 1826-1828 d 1870-1875 last known to be living in Putnam County with wife, Margaretta RYAN b 1832 d 1886 m 1855.Both were born in Tuscarawas Co.; she died there.Children: Theora b 1857, Hugh Ryan b 1858, John Hall b 1861 & Charles E. b 1864.Probable parents are Hugh DOWNING 1788-1855 & Mary Ann HIBBETTS 1793-1881. Can anyone identify this Hugh DOWNING?Any help would really be appreciated.Barbara Mills
