VANCE & TURNER families- early 1800s

I am looking for any information about the Samuel TURNER- Jane VANCE family that lived in Clark Co., OH in the early 1800s. They are both buried in Wilson Chapel Cemetery, Row 10.Samuel would have been b. ~ 1750, some say in Ireland but have seen no evidence; there is a rec of a Samuel being b. 1752 in Newport, Charles, MD which may be the same person. Jane would have been b. c1755 and possibly in New Jersey.

The family (or at least, Jane VANCE) was in Harford Co., MD 24 Feb 1779 when their son John was b.

I have found a reference to both families being early settlers in Clark Co. (only family names are given, so need to verify), but no other info.
