The part about Frank James Pliml doesn't make sense. A WWI draft card would not say "Czechoslovakia" because this country did not come into being until 1½ years after the war was over. Before that time Czechs were citizens of Austria. By the time WWII draft registrations came about anyone born in 1879 would have been over 60 years old.
Here's the only obit I coud find. It doesn't seem to fit.
