Dear Thomas,
James Emory Foxx, Jr. is a graduate of Lakewood High School in Lakewood, Ohio and Kent State University.
Jim, Jr. served in the Ohio Army National Guard during the 1960s.He is now 68 years old and still lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
Jim, Jr. lost his mother in 1966 and his father in 1967.
I hope this brings you near an answer and an end of your six year search.
