Look up please

I am searching for a family that is supposedly in Ohio by 1841. There is a David & an Issac in 1840 census of Hamilton County.
I cannot find either in 1850.
In 1860 there is a Hannah Brownfield living in Hamilton County with her sons John, Jasper (this is Commodore Jasper Peter Perry Jenson Brownfield), & Issac Newton. She also has a daughter named Neomi.
1870 Hannah & Neomi are in Butler County. I do not find John or Issac. Jasper is in Missouri.
Neomi marries Andy Thompson June 11, 1871. Hannah is in the Butler County Infirmary in 1880 census listed as a pauper.
I do not find anyone in this family except Jasper after 1880 census.
I believe Andy is the son of James & Sarah Thompson listed in Ross, Butler County Ohio census 1850 through 1880.
