Need a lookup for POOR HOUSE or OLD SOLDZIERS HOME

I need to find
Peter Staley
b: March 9, 1779Chanceford, York Co., Pa
d: Abt. 1860 Highland Co., Ohio Poor house or Old Soldiers home. In 1850 census he is living with his nephew Joseph & Malinda Dutton Staley in Mifflin, Pike Co., Ohio Peter was 80 years old then. I had info on Peter in Highland Co., Ohio but lost it when I lost my hard drive.

married Hannah Level on Sept 27, 1809 in Botetourt Co., Va
I think Hannah died in Highland Co., Ohio also before 1850 census thats why Peter was living with his nephew Joseph Staley ( Joseph Staley & Malinda Dutton Staley are my gggrandparents )
