Seeking 1909/1910 marriage record lookup & cemetery book lookup request

The 1910 New Market, Highland Co, OH census shows Joseph Walter Franklin (1883-1951) and his new wife Mary E. "Mollie" _____ (1887-1977) as married zero years.I am trying to learn Mary's maiden name and wondered if anyone has access to 1909/1910 marriage records that they might check for their marriage?

Also if anyone has a cemetery book for Highland county that they can check for this couple I would GREATLY appreciate it!Joseph had an obituary but it does not tell where he is buried.:(
