I have run into the "Abraham(2)" type index entry before. What it means is that the name Abraham Hand is mentioned twice on page 103. While that could certainly indicate that there were two Abraham Hands buried in the cemetery, more often the second mention of the name is in relation to a wife or other relative. That's the case in this instance, where Mary West is listed as w/o Abraham Hand -- which becomes the second reference. A bit confusing at times.
As you probably already know, there are a number of other persons with the surname Hand buried in the Fitchville Cemetery. If you want inscriptions for any others, let me know.
