Obit lookup at Schiappa Library , please

I am in need of one obit for a Paul William Walters who died in Stebenville on May 16, 1995. It is available in a book of obituaries at this library. I requested it from the library but I am unemployed and they charge $10 for one to 5 obits and I only need this one and cannot justify $10 for an obit right now.Can anyone possibly help me with this?
