WILHELM / OHARA Marriage, Youngstown

I'm trying to find info on a 2nd cousin, at a few removes.All i have to go on is a note my Mom had left me, stating that Vinita WILHELM (or possibly JORDAN?) married Thomas N. O'HARA, 1.May.1924, Youngstown OH.If anyone has access to the marriage records for the area, or can point me at an online source, it would be greatly appreciated.
