Nathan Shippy / Lydia Herendeen

I just found a grave listing for Nathan Shippy, b 1795, d 1863 from Bascom, Seneca County, OH. I believe this might be the husband of Jonathan and Dorcus Herendeen's daughter Lydia. The information regarding his death states that he had 6 known children by first wife (unknown) and married Violetta Clark having several more children. Is anyone else researching this line? Opinion on information?
