23 Feb 1976 Sidney Daily news. Mrs LaGuernie E. Baker , 93, died at the Hill Crest Manor Nursing Home. She was a resident for about six years. Born 18 Nov 1882 in Maplewood ohio the dau of Jacob and Dulcina Line LeFevre. She married Elza Baker Dec 29 1904 and he died in 1956.Two daughters survive Mrs Ruth Stephens and Mrs Pauline Staley both of Sidney, four grandchildren and 11 gr-grandchildren, a sister Mrs Minnie Vesper, Sidney. Five brothers and two sisters are deceased. Burial in Glen Cemetery Port Jefferson.
