1820-ish Records of Shelby Co?

Does anyone know if there are any kind of records available for Shelby Co? I am looking for Forsyth/es born
before and after 1820 in Ohio, and lived in Shelby Co for the rest of the century. Churches that might have records? Courthouse records?
