Joseph Hines and Eliza Katlin from Virginia to Shelby Co.Ohio

Joseph E Hines according to census information is a white male that was born in Virginia in 1813-1814.He is married to Eliza Katlin, (her name is on son’s death certificate), who is a black female born in Virginia in or about 1820.
-no marriage records can be found for them, or birth records-no records for anything that even proves that they were in Virginia other than census records from Ohio. Children are all classified as Mulatto until they are married and then white.
1850 Ohio Census, Green twp., Gallia County:
Joseph E., Eliza, Jane, Thomas, Riley, George, John, (they are twins), Elizabeth, Martha, & Mary (they are twins). Allen is missing, was born in Ohio in 1847.
1860 Ohio Census, Van Buren twp., Shelby County:
Joseph, Eliza, children: Thomas, Andrew (I believe this is John) his twin George, Emma (who may be Elizabeth), Mary (her twin is gone), Ellen (believe this may be son, Allen, that is missing in 1850’s census, born in 1847), Joseph and Warner.
Jane, Riley & Martha are missing
1870 Ohio Census, Van Buren twp., Shelby County:
Joseph, Allen, Warner, Mary.
Eliza is gone, presumed she has died. Thomas is gone; Emma Elizabeth is married to William Rhodes. He is living beside the Hines family but wife’s name is Margaret.
Draft records show George in Shelby County, Riley and Thomas in Xenia. Allen serves in the war in the Calvary.
Cannot find any information after 1870’s or before 1850’s on family members.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on finding information.

Johnb: 1842 twin, last seen in Shelby County in 1860
Elizabeth Emma, b: 1844, last seen in Shelby County in 1860 may be living next door to Hines’s with William Rhodes but name is different in 1870.
Martha b:1845, twin, last seen in 1850 Census-Gallia Co. OH
Mary b: 1845, twin, last seen in 1870 Census living with father in Shelby County,OH
Allen b: 1847 d: 1931, lived and died in Auglaize County, this is my family line, have lots more info on him if anyone needs it.
Joseph b: 1852last seen in 1870 Census-Shelby Co. Ohio
Warner b:1854-could have went by Warren also. Records show he was born in Green Co. Ohio., and died 1881 in Champaign County, oh, if this is the right one.
Last three where born in Ohio all others born in Virginia according to census records.
