Emanuel Jackson of Van Wert

I have been stuck on this fellow for a long time and recently a cousin shared a letter that stated my gggf Emanuel Jackson's dad was James Jackson of Maryland.

I would really like to get my hands on Emanuel's will if there was won and possibly a death certificate.He died 25 Oct 1862. He was a Civil War Veteran.He was originally buried in the Kuhl-Scheidt-Fox Cemetery (Defunct)
and then moved to Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City (Van Wert County)

Does anyone know of a researcher in Van Wert willing to do a look up of a will?
