Clay and Elva Riggins and Roy M Georgia

I have come across in some auction items a piece of paperwork that belonged to this couple-Clay and Elva Riggins.They were selling to a Roy M Georgia in Greer County OK.I would like to see that it got into the hands of family if possible.The year was 1928.
