Boy Scout Camp near Quartz Mtn

We are pretty sure this wasn't an official camp. My Uncle talked about campouts at the boy scout camp near Quartz Mtn.
My mother remembers her brothers camping out at Devil's Canyon. Does anyone have any information or stories about this area? Also, does anyone have any pictures of boy scout troop in Mangum during the late 1930's?
