Marriage of Eli F. Harper to Helen Ellsworth

I am looking for proof that Eli Franklin Harper, born 1858 in Brownsville, Linn, Oregon married Helen Ellsworth in Gilliam County.She was born in California.He do not have a date for their marriage but would appreciate any help I can get.
