My Great Great Great Grandfather was John Ries. His brother was Nicholas Ries, His son was Christopher Henry Ries born April 11, 1851 Ferschweiler, Germany. He married Phoebe C. Linkenmeyer July 22, 1875 in Chickasaw county, Iowa most likely at North Washington. They had two known children. Cory A. Ries born circa 1876 and Nicholas William Ries born March 22, 1879.Christopher and Phoebe moved to Olex, Oregon. Does anyone know when they died and where they are buried?
