I "assumed" the spelling of the last name might have been mispelled...after all it was in an obituary. So back to the main source:

The Sheboygan Press, Sheboygan, WI, Nov 24, 1951.
John J. Vogel, Sr., 83, 108 E. Grand Street, Chilton, paassed away at 10:40 a.m., Friday at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac, after a year's illness.He had been a patient at the hospital for the past five days.
Mr. Vogel was born in Whitelaw, Manitowoc County, on July 10, 1868, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vogel.He attended schools at Clarks Mills and was married to Miss Frances Reif at Holy Name Catholic Church, Sheboygan, on May 29, 1893.
For several years he operated a farm.Thirty-two years ago he moved to Chilton and for a time operated a milk-collection route.He then worked several years for the Carnaton Milk plant at Chilton and for 19 years, to his retirement two years ago, was employed by the Aluminum Co. at Chilton.He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Chilton.
Survivors include his wife; nine children, Mrs. Charles Luchterhand, Miss Agnes Vogel, Frank, Sylvester and Herbert Vogel, all of Chilton, Mrs. Frances Berry of Milwaukee, Mrs. Leonard McMunn, George Vogel nd Mrs. Edgar (Bernice) Depies, all of New Holstein; 38 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers, Frank of Algoma and Charles of Sheboygan; one step-brother, Louis Zipper of Whitelaw; and three sisters, Sr. Cajetan of the Holy Name Convent at Milwaukee, Mrs. Mary Sigman of Madras, Ore., and Mrs. Frank Reimer of Greenville, Wis.
Two sons, one brother and one step-sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m., Monday, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. mary's Catholic Church.The Rev. Joseph Bartelme, pastor, will be celebrant of the solemn requiem high mass.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 7 p.m., today, until the hour of services on Monday.
At 8 p.m., today, and Sunday the rosary will be prayed at the funeral home.

Now, the obituary indicated Mary Sigman was the sister of John, not daughter.That helps identify her age.It also identified other siblings, to include Charles:

Charles Vogel
Charles Vogel, 80, a native of the Town of Cato (Manitowoc County), died here Friday morning.
Coming to Sheboygan at the age of 21, he had ben(sic) employed in local wood working plants for many years.He never married.
A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Vogel, he was born in the Town of Cato in 1872.
Surviving are a brother, Frank Vogel of Algoma; a sister, Mrs. Mary SIEGMAN of Crizzle, Ore.; a step-brother, Louis Zipperer of the Town of Cato, and a step sister, Mrs. Frank Reimer of Greenville, Wis.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapel and at 10 o'clock at the St Dominic Catholic Church, where the Rev. George Knackert will be the celebrant in a requiem high funeral mass.Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from Monday morning to the time of services Tuesday.Members of the St. Dominic parish will hold a vigil at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Family trees show Albert John Siegman married Mary Margaret Vogel.

--Gladys married Gordon Chester Monroe on 5 June 1937 in Redmond, Deschutes, Oregon.She died 18 Sept in Madras, buried Sept 21, 2000 in Madras.They had one child, living.Living Monroe married living Weis and had 3 children, then married living Kreiger.
