Knoche (knoke, knokey) in York, PA

I am searching for information on the Koche family in York PA.My grandmother was Florence Knokey, who married Howard Flinchbaugh in 1899.Her father was John and Grandfather Henry, who immigrated here about 1842 from Germany.Does anyone have infor on this family?
