I bet we are very distant relatives.
I bet we are very distant relatives. My ancestor Notley YOUNG (abt.1738-1802) owned half of Washington, DC.Of course, this was in Prince George's County, MD before he donated it for the federal city. His mother was Ann ROZER, daughter of Notley ROZER.He was a godson, named in the will of Thomas NOTLEY (1634-1679).Thomas NOTLEY was a close friend of Third Lord Baltimore and owned considerable land in Maryland.Notley ROZER was raised by Lord Baltimore.Thomas NOTLEY was related to Walter NOTLEY.Thomas' siblings were John and Katherine.Katherine married Mr. GRUDGEFIELD.
