I sure will ,but let be a little forwardof my Research .
1st I'm long past streight line Genealogy , I a researching most all the Scot's of 1660 Pa ,1740 Pa and Va, and Middlevalley TN.
Armstrong's are allies to my family, marring into my cousin line.
I am decendant of the Davidson/Williamson County Carothers/Buchanan/Gillespie/McEwans. McEwan's and allie Dickson's are married fairly heavy into Brown's . My Buchanan's are the Lincoln Co,Buchanans.

I am working on James Armstrong's line , Jim's wife is still unkn, but children are Marg,James,William,Thomas,Isabell,Ann,Agnes,Elizabeth,Jean and Mary .
Isabell - marrid John Hoge, known as Hodge in TN
Ann - Married Robby Irwin and is connect to my Irwin's
Agnes - married Andy Irwin ,bro. of Robby
Jean - married Tommy Wilson , still seeking his connection to our Wilsons
Mary - married John Carothers , John is cousin to my ancestor John.
My Carothers (Carruthers) line are Carothers/Scott line of Mecklinburg Co,NC to Williamson Co,TN 1790 .
I am history rich.
We are tring to work out the Irish-Scottish connection of the families, Re; The Dongal bay DNA project , Administrated by David Strong whom also is assitaint Admin, for James Elliott's Border Reiver Families DNA Project .
