John Reed md. Margaret Carson Guillford Co. NC and migrated to Tennessee. My Robert Carson Reed, who was their grandson was born in Roane Co. Tenn in 1820.I believe Margaret's parents to be Uriah and Mary Carson.Perhaps your James is a part of this same family.The Carson name is very important in our family and has been handed down for eight generations.
