I would like to locate a descendant of the above Scott and Laura Williams who might be able to give me any information at all no matter how small of EPHRAIM WILLIAMS who is living with them on this census.
I am trying to determine if this EPHRAIM WILLIAMS is the same EPHRAIM WILLIAMS listed on the 1880 Van Buren County , Arkansas census as son of Riley Williams .I would like to determine the name of this EPHRAIM WILLIAMS mother and if he may have had a brother named William and sister not sure of her name could have been Eliza or Elvira. Would like to determine what if any relationship that EPHRAIM WILLIAMS may havehad to a Samuel Riley or Samuel Riley's wife Nicey because EPHRAIM WILLIAMS ,WILLIAM ANDELVIRA/ElizaWILLIAMS are living in the household of Samuel and Nicey Riley in 1870 in Van Buren County, Arkansas and it doesn't appear that the Williams children were theirs because the other children listed have the last name of Riley and three of the Riley children are the same ages as the Williams children.
Information I was given states EPHRAIM WILLIAMS had a cousin named SCOTT WILLIAMS, and that sometime around 1890-1893 EPHRIAM WILLIAMS left Van Buren County, and the vicinity of Scotland, Arkansas for southern Texas. A photograph with Eph written on the back and Whitewright , Texas has surfaced but no one seems to know what connection this EPHRAIM WILLIAMS had to their families. So any information at all would be appreciated very much !
