Yes, all of the info i gathered from Ancestry.com. What i'm trying to find is more info on Rowland P. Conery, who would be my great-great-great grandfather b. 1812. His wife my g-g-great grandmother Havilah b. 1817. (Would like to find out her maiden name as well). Supposedly they were born in Vermont.
Now i got these dates from the 1870 Census done in the county of Franklin, state of New York. They had 4 children. Mary Jane b. 1837; Hannah b. 1845; Josephine b. 1847; and Socrates T. b. 1849 (my great-great grandfather). All of whom were also born in Vermont.
I was told from a family member that they were Quakers and came from the Lake Champlain area of the USA. I was also told that 2 brothers to Rowland P. Conery fought for the north (Civil War)and were killed in Virginia. Buried at 7 Pines, Richmond, Virginia.
Not sure how i would research Quakers? and as for the Cemetry, a fellow relative went to 7 Pines and they had no record.
I know i'm crasping for straws here, but i guess any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
