West Virginia - O'Dowd (O'Dowdy)

I'm looking for information on a Bess Louise O'Dowdy (O'Dowd?) b. 1892 in Welch, McDowell, WV, USA. She married George Athos Koger on 26 JAN 1911. I can't find any information on her or her family.
