Loren Abernethy's name was written many ways, often Lorrin and later Loraine. She was the daughter of Dr. William Abernethy, of Scottish ancestry, and Honor Catlin. She was born 25 Sep 1768 in Harwinton, Litchfield County, CT. The Abernethy and Catlin genealogies are online. As you stated, she married Aaron Bradley, sometimes called Capt. Aaron Bradley for his Revolutionary War service.
They had four children: Horace Bradley [1788-after 1850], Leaming Bradley [1790-1819], Mary Ann Bradley [1795-1859], and Maria Talmadge Bradley [1805-1865]. I have collected extensive information about this Bradley lineage -- including the 2 sons of Horace Bradley who came to Wisconsin: Leaming Hawkins Bradley and John Bradley.
Aaron and Lorrin are at rest in the Bantam Burying Ground, Litchfield, CT. You can find them in the book Litchfield and Morris Inscriptions via GoogleBooks.
We are definitely researching the same Bradley family line, and I would enjoy hearing from you if you get this.
