Re: LOLA LeGRANDE ABSHIRE (1911-2000) of Huntington WV

Here is a few things that I was able to find in my notes. In 1910 Lola lived inthe 3rd ward of Huntington So she was older than she told any of us. Her father's name was Harry W LeGrande and her mother's name was Jessie M Ferguson. There were 2 other kids in the household at the time Hessten 4 and Edward W 2 1/2. This is based on the 1910 Fed, Census.
She married Allen when he was 40 and she was 13. She might have been older because I have an Allen Jr listed as being born in 1926. I also have a Louise listed in 1924. Lola married Berthold 15 April, 1932.
Lola folks were both born in West Va. I am still looking for more to sent you able her but I did come across this and a few other names if you might like them.
