DALLAS --- The U. S. Department of Agriculture has charged two Alva, Okla. men with failing to pay for livestock purchases.
The two dealers, Floyd E. and Lloyd R. Acord, are charged with purchasing more than $100,000 worth of livestock during March of this year and failing to pay the full purchase price. The purchases were made in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas livestock markets.
