This Robert Adair was my Robert Adair of Hollybrook, Wicklow and the harp is well documented. I have listed the descendants of Robert Adair of Hollybrook on this forum. Basically, one of the daughters married Hodson and they purchased/inherited Hollybrook, co. Wicklow and the other daughter Elizabeth married John Lambert. My ancester was Elizabeth and yours was apparently Anne. They both inherited "Woodville" co. Longfordand I took it that my Elizabeth had "Woodville" or Larkfield, and her sister had Hollybrook. They had 2 brothers, John Adair of Kilternan and Foster Adair who may have left "Hollybrook" to your ancestor. Foster Adair had 1 dau. who married Mr. Ribton, but Foster apparently left much to charity as well. Believe he may have been sheriff of Wicklow and his brother John Adair sheriff of Galway. I would greatly appreciate a copy of the article if possible. The above Adairs were descendants of Bishop Archibald Adair, son of Ninian & Miss Gordon. I do know that my Robert Adair (d.1737) (of the harp) had a brother John Adair (probably born about 1670 whom I have not been able to find. I have listed other family connection, Purdons, Whitneys, etc. on this forum. Their mother Eleanor Adair (nee Cooke) of Clonbroney left a will about 1680s, but I have not ordered the film from LDS yet. It may list other children and perhaps give an insight into your Jesse's ancestors.
