I've also found a posting by a joan duke (on web site http://awt.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin.cgi?op=GET&dbhttp://awt.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin.cgi?op=GET&db) ID 12743 re William LAW born North Ireland, died 1786 in Law Swamp, Near Kingstree SC, which comprises COMMENT FROM BOOK, "WILLIAM & JANE LAW and Some of Their Descendants," Lib of Congress No. Tx 1-583-619.An extract from the posting is quoted below.
"The 'William & Jane Law book'The William & Jane and family arrived in Charleston South Carolina in late 1763-1764 on a 'Bounty ship called "PRINCE HENRY".'The bounty ship got a land grant paid to the owner or Captain of the ship for their transportation to America. ...
