in favour of William Adair, lawful son to the deceased Mr William Adair, Minister of the Gospel at Ayr, of the lands of Prestickshaws & others, lying in the parish of St Quivox, Ayrshire;
and lands in the parish of Maybole and tenements in Ayr.
