(wish I'd known that yesterday - I wasted time in the Rare Books Room at Cornell looking at it, when it can be searched online!!)
There's quite a bit about John Livingston.AlsoMr. William Adair (died 1684), minister of Ayr, on page 408.
HeritageQuest online has two books on this Livingston family:
"The Livingstons of Callendar and their principal cadets:the history of an old Stirlingshire family," by E. B. Livingston:Edinburgh, 1920
"The Livingstons of Livingston Manor:being the history of that branch of the Scottish House of Callendar which settled in the English province of New York during the reign of Charles the Second: and also including an account of Robert Livingston of Albany, "the nephew," a settler in the same province, and his principal descendants," by E . B. Livingston:New York, 1910.
I couldn't findHenry Livingston, but that's not to say he's not there.
