In 1720 Alexander Adair was named in the will of John Boyd of Rathmore, along with John Boyd's s-i-law John McDowell. Was Alexander Adair related to the above Patrick Adair (of Kirkmaiden) ?
In 1725 there was a will of Benjamin McDowell of Rathmore, Parish of Dunegoar (Donegore, co. Antrim, N. Ireland) perhaps related to the John McDowell ?
