I too descend from Gov. John Adair through his daughter Eliza who married Thomas Bell Monroe. There is an Adair Genealogy published today by the Southern Historical Press in Easley, SC.1-803-859-2346.Check the AC.I have many refences to the Anderson's in some personal letters written during the Civil War.Judge Thomas Bell Monroe was loyal to the Confedercy. For a while his home was under the protection of Gen Anderson.I feel very blessed to have such wonderful letters and history on these two families.Hope this helps. Please keep in touch.Linda
