My ggparents were Caroline (Adams) Case (deceased at 64 years of age in 1929, Syracuse NY) and Frank H Case. At the time of her death, Caroline had two brothers G F Adams of Brooklyn NY and Harry Adams of California. They had two sons, Jay Glenn Case and J Herbert Case (my gfather), who married Jessie Salisbury my (gmother) (deceased, Syracuse 1971). They had two sons (Horace, 1912-1913) and Roger S Case (my father, born 1915, Syracuse NY, deceased, Lynn Mass. 1971) and daughter Audrey Case (presently living in Sparta, NJ with husband Melvin Flint)). Roger Sr. married Vera Linnea Christofferson (Kristofferson) in original Swedish I believe)(deceased, Topsfield Mass. 1972) in 1941 (Wenham, Mass). -- they had sons Roger Salisbury Jr., Richard Birks , and Frederick Thoedore and daughter Kristine Allison. All lived in the central NY area from 1900 onwards, in Syracuse, Onondaga County or thereabouts.
I am especially interested in data on Frank H and Caroline ***(Adams)*** Case and J Herbert Case. What I know of Frank is that he was an engineer, probably worked at Solvay Process and that he lived at 116 Erie St, Syracuse in 1907, as did his son J Herbert. J Herbert married Jessie A. Salisbury, who worked at the Solvay Process as a clerk. Her sisters were Mrs. Helen McCall (Ottawa, Canada and Syracuse, NY), Mrs. W Harold Birks ( name sake of Richard Birks Case), and a brother R D. Salisbury (deceased at 33 in March 1926). The family business was D J Salisbury Coal and Lumber Company.
Any information on any of the above lines would be appreciated.
