My research indicates that the Samuel Adams you are referencing had one (1) son who reached adulthood. This son was also named named Samuel Adams, he was born 16 Oct 1751 and died 17 Jan 1788. The son (Samuel) was Harvard educated and served in the Revolutionary War as a Physician/Surgeon.
Following the War, Dr. Samuel G. Adams settled in western Virginia,in the area to later become Kentucky, having been granted significant Bounty Land. He died, having never been married and left "no known legitimate" descendant's.
