?VIVIAN (PACK) ADAMS Vivian Adams, 85, of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Rev. Leon Martin Adams, passed away Tuesday,March 1, 2005, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born June 23, 1919, in Catlettsburg, Ky., a daughter of the late Albert and Catherine Moore Pack. Vivian retired from Sylvania Electric and was a member of New Beginning Apostolic Church. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Diana and Mike Booth of Scottsville, N.C., and Yvonne Sue and Jonathan Conley of Huntington; a son and daughter-in-law, Billy Joe and Clarice Burgess of Chesapeake, Ohio; a sister, Betty Fizer of Louisville, Ky.; four grandchildren, Debbie, Jesse, Sarah and Nathaniel; her three great-grandchildren, Joey, Nicholas and Alexander; and numerous nieces and friends who loved her dearly. Funeral services will be conducted 12:30 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2005, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Norman Mills officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington. Friends may call after 11:30 a.m. Friday at Chapman’s Mortuary.
