Trying to find parents and siblings and children and wives of Thomas P. Adams who was last married to Nancy Thomas of Marshall Co. WVA.He died in January 1924 at the age of 98? on his death record that was recorded in Belmont Co., Ohio.My father Russell Thomas Adams says that his grandfather died at the age of 105 not 98 and he could not remember any of the names of his parents or wives. He says he was married 3 times and had 21 children to these women. The last wife my greatgrandmother was 13 when she married him in Marshall Co., WVA. she had 6 children to him and my grandfather was Henry Adams of Moundsville, WVA.My father and mother are now departed this life and I am trying to find some part of my fathers past. For my sake as well as my children and grandchildren. He was said to be a tinker of some sort selling molasses and tins on a covered house on a wagon. And he traded his children just like the wears he carried.I don't think I would like this person but I don't know his life as yet. My grandfather was 7 when he lost two fingers and his thumb putting sugar cane through a mill driven by a mule. The sugarcane pulled his hand through so far before he could get the rest of his hand out.My greatgrandmother stitched it up and all he had left was his last two fingers on his right hand and he could use those two fingers as good as I could my whole hand. Please try to help me.Thank you.
