My Name is John Grissom Addington, My father was Harvey Dillon Addington, according to what I have learned, he was born in Hutchinson, Jefferson Davis Parrish LA, His Father was Robert Huckabee Addington. From what I have found Robert had a brother named James Addington B: 9 Sep 1882 Jasper, Picken Ga. is this the same James who would have been your Grandfather?? I have just barely begun to trace my family tree and up until about a month ago only knew that my father was born in LA, I have been able to find quite a bit of Info at this site and a couple others. I would enjoy hearing from anyone with Info on this branch of the Addington tree.
