I'm sorry, but I do not know if he had a brother. I have been stuck on his heritage for quite a while. I cannot find his parents or information about any siblings, however it is not out of the question. He had several children: Everline (Eveline?) L., Mary J. Arabella, Georgen L. William Keen (Elisha K.?), and John R.C.
I am descended through William Keen's daughter Willie Lois Adkins.
